Create a manual reservation

For walk-ins or phone bookings; log reservations created outside the OTA channels.

From the Reservations tab, click 'New Reservation'. Fill in guest name, room type, dates, and rate.

The system creates a confirmation code automatically and blocks the dates on every connected channel to prevent double-bookings.

You can send a confirmation by email or WhatsApp straight from the reservation detail view.
