Create your first property
Set up a new property with rooms, channels, and a booking page.
After signup, you land on the Properties page. Click 'Add Property' and fill in the basics: name, address, currency, timezone, and a cover photo. Everything else can be edited later.
Once your property is created, go to the Rooms tab and add room types (e.g. 'Deluxe Double', 'Superior Twin'). Each room type has a base rate, max occupancy, and photos. Then add individual rooms under each type. The Essential plan and the free trial cover one property with up to 4 rooms or keys; larger properties run on Enterprise, so contact sales before adding more.
Finally, visit the Channels tab to connect Booking.com, Airbnb, or Agoda. Qontaktly will sync your inventory automatically within a few minutes.
