After signup, you land on the Properties page. Click 'Add Property' and fill in the basics: name, address, currency, timezone, and a cover photo. Everything else can be edited later.
Once your property is created, go to the Rooms tab and add room types (e.g. 'Deluxe Double', 'Superior Twin'). Each room type has a base rate, max occupancy, and photos. Then add individual rooms under each type.
Finally, visit the Channels tab to connect Booking.com, Airbnb, or Agoda. Qontaktly will sync your inventory automatically within a few minutes.
