Connect PriceLabs
Let PriceLabs set your nightly prices, connected directly to Qontaktly.
Qontaktly connects to PriceLabs directly. PriceLabs reads your rooms, availability and bookings from Qontaktly, and the prices it sets are published to your booking page and your OTAs. You need a PriceLabs account and a Qontaktly property with its rooms set up.
Step 1, in PriceLabs: open Add/Reconnect listings, choose Qontaktly from the PMS list, tick the box and save. PriceLabs only accepts rooms from a PMS you have chosen there.
Step 2, in Qontaktly: check that your property has its map location, city and country in your property settings, and that every room type you want priced has a rate. Then open Settings → Pricing, choose Direct connection, enter the email you sign in to PriceLabs with, tick the room types to price and select Connect PriceLabs.
Each room type becomes one listing in PriceLabs, named after your property and room type. Every room of that type counts as one unit, so a room type with three villas is one listing with three units. Add one room in Qontaktly for every room or villa you sell, so PriceLabs sees them all; rooms in maintenance, out of order or blocked are not counted. Set Bedrooms on villas and apartments so PriceLabs compares you with similar places.
Qontaktly sends PriceLabs the next two years of prices and availability straight away, plus your bookings since 2020. After that, every change you make in Qontaktly, such as a new booking, a cancellation, a block or a new rate, reaches PriceLabs within a few minutes. A room type you add later joins with Add to PriceLabs in Settings → Pricing.
Step 3, in PriceLabs: open each Qontaktly listing, review its pricing settings and turn Sync Prices on. PriceLabs then sends its prices to Qontaktly after each sync; Sync Now in PriceLabs sends them straight away.
Preview or publish: with Publish PriceLabs prices automatically on, prices go live on your booking page and OTAs as soon as PriceLabs sends them. Turn it off to preview them first, then select Publish now when they look right. You can also apply the minimum stays and the check in and check out days PriceLabs sets for each night.
What is shared: your room types and their details (bedrooms, amenities and number of rooms), availability, prices and booking totals. Guest names and contact details are never shared with PriceLabs. PriceLabs may charge for each listing, and for extra units of a room type.
Connect your rooms to PriceLabs through Qontaktly only. If PriceLabs is also connected to your OTAs directly, or the same rooms have older PriceLabs listings, turn Sync Prices off on those so your prices have one source.
To stop, select Disconnect in Settings → Pricing. PriceLabs stops pricing those rooms, and they keep their current prices until you change them.
