Extras and upsells

Create bookable extras and let the portal and the AI concierge sell them.

Extras are anything you sell beyond the room: airport transfers, breakfast, late checkout, spa sessions, tours, laundry. Create them under Settings → Extras with a name, description, price, and photo. You can mark an extra as per stay, per night, or per guest.

Published extras appear in two places automatically: the guest portal, where guests browse and buy them with online payment, and the AI concierge's toolkit, so it can offer them in conversation.

The AI concierge does not wait to be asked. When a guest books a room in chat or asks a related question ('what time is checkout?'), it offers the relevant extra ('late checkout until 2 PM is available for $15, want me to add it?'), and if the guest says yes, it takes payment in the same conversation. The sale posts to the folio like any other charge.

Every extras sale is tracked per reservation, so your reports show exactly how much revenue extras add on top of room revenue, and which extras actually sell.
