Every confirmed reservation comes with a guest portal: a private link the guest receives in their confirmation email or WhatsApp message. No app to install, no password to remember; the link opens their stay in any browser.
In the portal, guests see their stay at a glance: dates, room type, confirmation code, and their folio with every charge and payment listed. If there is an outstanding balance, they can pay it online right there.
Guests can also buy extras you have published, such as airport pickup, late checkout, breakfast, or tours, and pay for them in the portal. Each purchase posts to the folio automatically, so the front desk always sees the up to date balance.
If a guest wants to stay longer, they can request an extension in the portal. Qontaktly checks live availability for their room; if the nights are free, the guest pays for them online and the reservation extends itself, with the new dates synced to every channel.
Properties with a menu configured can take food orders through the portal too. Orders arrive in your inbox with the room number attached, and the charge posts to the folio.
