Yes, and so is premium escalation. The AI concierge answers guests, books rooms in the conversation, and takes payment in the chat. Conversations that need extra care, such as VIP guests, complaints and refund requests, are routed to our most capable model automatically. Your plan includes a monthly AI budget, and the AI settings page shows how much of it you have used this month.
Which AI powers the booking agent?

Yes. Essential starts with a 7 day free trial, full access, no credit card required. The trial runs like Essential, so it covers 1 property with up to 4 rooms or keys. Nothing is charged until you subscribe.
What happens after my trial ends?
When your 7 day trial ends, subscribe to Essential and check out through Stripe, or talk to us about Enterprise if your property or portfolio is larger. If you do neither, your account drops into view only: you can still see your reservations and guest data, you just cannot take new bookings. There is a 30 day grace period to subscribe before any data is archived.
How does billing work?
Essential is billed monthly through Stripe; the price you see is what you pay each month. There is no contract, and you can cancel any time from settings.
Do you charge booking commissions?
Direct card bookings through your Qontaktly booking engine carry a small 2% platform fee plus card processing, far below the 15 to 25% the OTAs take; you keep the rest of every reservation that comes through your own page. Choose pay on arrival or your own payment gateway and room bookings carry no platform fee at all.
What if I outgrow Essential?
