Are there per unit or per room fees?
Never. Qontaktly is priced per property, not per room or listing. A 20 room hotel and a 200 room hotel on the same plan pay exactly the same. Add rooms, sell more, keep the savings.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes the full PMS, channel manager, direct booking engine, unified inbox (WhatsApp, email, OTA messaging), and review aggregation. The AI concierge is a separate add on; properties that do not need it never pay for it.
Do you charge booking commissions?
Never. Direct bookings through your Qontaktly booking engine are commission free forever. You keep 100% of every reservation that comes through your own page.
How does the AI concierge pricing work?
The AI concierge is an optional add on priced in tiers. Each tier includes a monthly compute budget and a live reply estimate so you know exactly what you are getting. Only pay for AI if you want it; the rest of Qontaktly runs perfectly without.
Why does the AI concierge run on Claude only?
Claude is built safety first. It refuses to make up answers when it doesn't know, which is exactly what you want from an AI replying to your guests. Our router automatically picks between Claude Haiku for speed and Claude Sonnet or Opus for the messages that need extra care.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial, full access, no credit card required. On day 14 you pick a plan, and that is the first time anything is charged.
Is there a monthly billing option?
Not at launch. Every plan is billed annually so we can keep prices low and invest in real support instead of chasing monthly renewals.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from settings. Prorated credits apply on the next billing cycle so you only pay for what you use.
What happens after my trial ends?
On day 14 you pick a plan and check out through Stripe. If you don't, your account drops into read only: you can still see your reservations and guest data, you just cannot take new bookings. There is a 30 day grace period to choose a plan before any data is archived.
What is the onboarding fee for?
Growth and Pro plans include a one time onboarding fee that puts a real human specialist on your account: channel connections, WhatsApp setup, auto reply templates, and (on Pro) migration of up to 500 reservations and guests from your existing PMS.
