Pricing questions, answered
Are there per unit or per room fees?
Never. Qontaktly is priced per property, not per room or listing. A 20 room hotel and a 200 room hotel on the same plan pay exactly the same. Add rooms, sell more, keep the savings.
What is included in every plan?
Everything. Every plan includes the full PMS, channel manager, direct booking engine, unified inbox (WhatsApp, email, OTA messaging), review aggregation, and the AI concierge. Plans differ only by how many properties you can run.
Do you charge booking commissions?
Direct card bookings through your Qontaktly booking engine carry a small 2% platform fee plus card processing, far below the 15 to 25% the OTAs take; you keep the rest of every reservation that comes through your own page. Choose pay on arrival or your own payment gateway and there is no platform fee at all.
Is the AI concierge included?
Yes. The AI concierge is included in every plan. Each tier comes with a monthly compute budget, and your dashboard shows a live reply estimate from your actual usage. Essential includes the core concierge; Plus adds the transactional agent that books rooms and sells upsells in the conversation, with payments in the chat and the guest portal; Signature unlocks the full agent and the extras marketplace.
Which AI powers the booking agent?
Qontaktly runs on frontier AI tuned safety first, wrapped in our own hospitality reasoning layer: guardrails, live rate verification, guest memory, and a router that matches every message to the right lane, fast for quick answers, reasoning for complex threads, expert for the conversations that need extra care. What matters is behavior: it refuses to invent answers, and every price it quotes is verified against your live availability before anything books.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial, full access, no credit card required. On day 14 you pick a plan, and that is the first time anything is charged.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe; the price you see is what you pay each month. Upgrade or downgrade any time from settings, and prorated credits apply so you only pay for what you use.

What happens after my trial ends?
On day 14 you pick a plan and check out through Stripe. If you do not, your account drops into view only: you can still see your reservations and guest data, you just cannot take new bookings. There is a 30 day grace period to choose a plan before any data is archived.
How do I add more properties?
Essential runs one property, Plus up to five, and Signature unlimited. When you reach your plan's limit, adding another property prompts you to move up a tier; every plan keeps the full product and the AI concierge.
