We have 80 keys across rooms and villas. Does the price change?

No. Qontaktly is one flat price per property with unlimited rooms and unit types. Ten villas or two hundred rooms, the bill is the same.

Can guests book activities before they arrive?

Yes. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests get a portal link where they can buy extras, book activities, and pay online before check in. The AI concierge also sells extras in WhatsApp and web chat conversations.
