Qontaktly started because the people running boutique hotels, hostels and guesthouses deserved software that actually understood how they work, and did not sell them the basics as add ons.
What we believe
Everything included, no add ons
Small properties pay one monthly price with everything in it. Larger properties and portfolios get a quote on Enterprise, with everything included too. Nobody pays extra to unlock the channel manager or the AI concierge.
Independent does not mean second class
The tools the chains use should be available to an owner run guesthouse, at a price it can carry.
Software should do the work
If a machine can answer a guest at 3am and take the payment, it should, so your team can be present for the guests in front of them.
