Go to Channels → Add Channel → Booking.com. You will need your Booking.com Partner ID and a connection approval in your Booking.com extranet.
Qontaktly creates a connection request that appears in your Booking.com extranet under 'Connectivity Providers'. Approve it, and rates/availability sync within 15 minutes.
Once connected, reservations flow automatically into your Qontaktly inbox. Messages from guests appear in the unified inbox alongside WhatsApp and email.
