Connect your Stripe account and every guest payment, deposit, and refund is handled from the reservation. Qontaktly processes the card, tracks it on the reservation folio, and pays your share out to your connected Stripe account; payouts land in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule.
Setting it up
- Connect your Stripe account in Settings, Payments; a new account takes about ten minutes to create.
- Set your deposit policy: anywhere from 20% to 100% of the booking total, collected at the moment of booking.
- Guests pay by card on your booking page, in the guest portal, or through a payment link the AI concierge sends in chat. Refunds are one click from the reservation.

Room, deposits, extras, and stay extensions all post to the reservation folio with their Stripe payment attached. Reconciliation stops being a Sunday evening spreadsheet job.

Who holds the money?
You do. Qontaktly processes the card and pays your share out to your connected Stripe account, which pays out to your bank on your Stripe schedule. Qontaktly charges no OTA style booking commission; card payments for room bookings (booking engine, guest portal or payment links) carry a 2% platform fee, and card processing is deducted from your payout.
What if my country is not supported by Stripe?
You can connect your own payment gateway instead; Indonesian properties, for example, typically connect a local gateway with virtual accounts, e wallets, and QRIS. The deposit and folio flow works the same way.
