Connect your own Stripe account and every guest payment, deposit, and refund runs through it directly. Qontaktly creates the charges, tracks them on the reservation folio, and stays out of your money; payouts land in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule.

How it works

    Connect your Stripe account in Settings, Payments; a new account takes about ten minutes to create.

  2. 2

    Set your deposit policy: anywhere from 20% to 100% of the booking total, collected at the moment of booking.

  3. 3

    Guests pay by card on your booking page, in the guest portal, or through a payment link the AI concierge sends in chat. Refunds are one click from the reservation.

Payment inside the conversation

When the AI concierge books a room or sells an extra in WhatsApp or web chat, it sends a secure payment link in the same thread. The guest pays without leaving the conversation, and the reservation confirms itself.

One folio, every charge

Room, deposits, extras, and stay extensions all post to the reservation folio with their Stripe payment attached. Reconciliation stops being a Sunday evening spreadsheet job.

Frequently asked questions

Who holds the money?

You do. Payments settle into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank on your Stripe schedule. Qontaktly charges 2% commission on direct bookings; Stripe's processing fees are billed by Stripe as normal.

What if my country is not supported by Stripe?

You can connect your own payment gateway instead; Indonesian properties, for example, typically connect a local gateway with virtual accounts, e wallets, and QRIS. The deposit and folio flow works the same way.
