Terms and Conditions Check-In and Check-Out Policies Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Property and Cancellation Policies Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival are free of charge. Your deposit will be fully refunded. Partial Charge: Cancellations made 14 to 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or guests who do not arrive, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. Refunds: All refunds are processed using the same payment method used to pay the deposit. Terms and Conditions Mowie’s Gili Air – Terms & Conditions 1. Prices and Taxes All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include 10% government tax and service charge, unless stated otherwise. Rates are per room, per night, based on the number of guests specified in the booking. Breakfast is included for all bookings made directly through our official website or with our reservations team. Prices and taxes may change without prior notice until a reservation is confirmed. Promotional rates apply only under the specific terms stated at the time of booking. 2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out A full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. A valid passport or government-issued ID is required for all staying guests. 3. Children and Room Occupancy Children of all ages are welcome at Mowie’s Gili Air. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Baby cots can be provided upon request (subject to availability). Children aged 0–5 years may share existing bedding with parents at no extra charge. Children aged 6 years and above are considered paying guests and must be included in the room occupancy. Family Rooms are suitable for two adults and two children, or three adults maximum. They are not suitable for four adults. Extra beds are not available in most room types due to layout and safety limitations. 4. Accessibility or Special Needs Due to Gili Air’s natural environment and sandy pathways, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Most rooms are accessible by ground-level paths or short stairs. Please contact us before booking if you have special accessibility needs — we’ll do our best to assist. 5. Parking and Transportation Motorized vehicles are not permitted on Gili Air. The property is approximately 10–15 minutes’ walk from the harbor. Horse-cart transport (cidomo) and bicycle rentals are available locally for an additional charge. Our team can assist with boat transfer coordination or transport information upon request. 6. Events and Noise Policy Mowie’s Gili Air is a peaceful beachfront property focused on relaxation and comfort. Parties, private events, or loud gatherings are not permitted. Occasionally, we host low-key sunset music at the restaurant, ending by 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure all guests enjoy a restful stay. 7. Dispute Resolution / Guest Issues Our team is dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys their stay. If any issue arises, please notify reception immediately so it can be resolved quickly. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Indonesian law applies, and any legal matters will be handled by the local court in Lombok. 8. Use of Personal Information Guest details collected during the booking process are used solely for reservation management, communication, and compliance with Indonesian regulations. We value your privacy and do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law. 9. Liability Mowie’s Gili Air is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Safety deposit boxes are provided in all rooms. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay. The property assumes no liability for injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during the stay. 10. Force Majeure Mowie’s Gili Air will not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, transportation interruptions, or government restrictions. 11. Third-Party Rights These terms apply solely between Mowie’s Gili Air and the guest who made the booking. No third party has rights to enforce these terms. 12. Waiver If Mowie’s Gili Air does not enforce any provision at a given time, it does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce it in the future. 13. Severance If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
